To donate excess nutritional, edible food complete the form below. Please note we only accept food from businesses. We do not accept food from private households. Thank you.

Kentucky Harvest is a volunteer supported organization and as such cannot guarantee pickup times or windows.
Food must be packaged in containers that you do not need returned.
If your pickup window differs from the default selections, please describe the availability below in the "Other Information" section
  Baked Goods   (e.g. Bread, pastries)
  Dairy   (e.g. Milk, cheese)
  Meat & Protein   (e.g. Beef, chicken, eggs)
  Non-Food   (e.g. Latex gloves, disposable cups, etc.)
  Non-Perishable   (e.g. Canned vegetables, granola bars, uncooked pasta)
  Other   (e.g. Water, seedlings, etc.)
  Prepared - Individually Packaged   (e.g. Sandwiches)
  Prepared - Trays/Multi-Serving   (e.g. Lasagna)
  Produce   (e.g. Peppers, eggplant)
I agree to the Donor Terms & Conditions and certify that this donation meets Kentucky Harvest's food safety standards:
  • It's safe for human consumption.
  • It has been stored and refrigerated appropriately.
  • It hasn't been set out on a buffet prior to donation.
